Ad Operations Specialist
About The Position

Position Description:
We seek an Ad Ops person with experience building & managing programmatic (display and video) and social campaigns. The selected candidate will help execute on all day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, supervising campaign planning, scheduling, implementation, tracking, reporting, and insights. Experience working in proprietary platforms is preferred.
The chosen candidate will report directly to an Associate Director of Ad Operations and be a key driver of the company’s aggressive growth strategy. This is a fantastic developmental opportunity for the right individual.
- Collaborate with client experience team to execute campaigns for new and existing clients in Clinch's Flight Control platform.
- Responsible for account set up, campaign build, scheduling, tracking, creative and tag QA, reporting, & troubleshooting issues.
- Learning & managing campaigns across expanding channels - programmatic, social, DOOH, Audio, ect.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations and proactive problem-solving to positively impact the customer experience.
- Analyze tracking and campaign performance and provide insights and custom reports.
- Manage mid-flight creative refreshes, optimization tests, and reporting schedules.
- Advise/consult internal team regarding advertising technologies and updates.
- Collaborate with product and dev teams to identify areas to fix & continue to enhance the development of the platform's capabilities.
- Educate colleagues on best practices and contribute to the internal team's training & documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Significant expertise in advertising technology, particularly social (Facebook Business & Ads manager, YouTube) and programmatic markets (DSPs).
- Data / DMP / CDP utilization knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in campaign management, tag implementation (HTML5, VAST/VPAID, MRAID), troubleshooting / QA, and reporting.
- Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising/marketing communications (prospecting, retargeting, promotions, conquesting, etc.).
- Self-motivated, hard charger who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000
